Allary Diamant barrel
The finest grain staves are selected by Mr. Allary for this barrel. The staves come from different French forest, which you can select in order to fit your needs.
To enhance this extra-tight grain, we have adapted the outdoors wood drying to get an optimum level of homogeneity.
The barrel is carrefully wrapped with a full packaging.
The Allary Diamant barrel is recommended for long aging.
